DescriptionEugene H. Dibble, Jr. (1893-1968), M.D. served in the army during both World Wars and was commissioned Colonel in the Army Medical Corps from 1944-46. He was Manager of the U.S. Veterans Administration Hospital at Tuskegee, Alabama, from 1936-46; Medical Director of the John A. Andrew Memorial Hospital and served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.
